Following below are some tips and advice to help clarify how the purchasing and downloading process works.


How does the ordering and downloading process work?


Step 1:

Click on the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" buttons for any items you wish to purchase. For your convenience, you can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" icon near the top right of your screen (for multiple purchases only).

Step 2:

Click on the "Checkout With Paypal" button (if it isn't already checked).

Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account. Proceed to submit your order and on the next screen you will be given the option to choose your preferred method of payment.

Step 3:

Make a payment using either your credit card, debit card or your PayPal account.

Step 4:

As soon as your payment is received, you will be automatically directed to a web page that contains your downloads.

This entire process only takes a minute or so.

To make life even easier, you will also receive an email that contains links to your downloads (if you don't receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. Email programs like Outlook sometimes think this email is spam and accidentally delete it).

Simply click on the download links and then save your downloads to your computer. With audio downloads, you can put them on your favourite mp3 player, you can upload them to your iPhone, iPad or Android phone, you can play them on your computer or you can burn your own CDs with them.

Please note that your download links will expire after 14 days - this is just to keep Evolutionary Pathways' digital files nice and secure. For this reason make sure to download and save your purchased product to your computer within two weeks of your purchase date.

Should you ever have a problem with a download (a very rare event) please check out our troubleshooting guide or feel free to contact us for support. We will make sure that you receive everything you ordered.


Are the downloads zipped? Will I need unzipping software?


Our ebooks and/or readable products aren't zipped so no need to worry about any unzipping software.

Some of our audio downloads are zipped. You will need an application to un-zip these files. In most cases this is very easy to do because nearly all computers have an application pre-installed to do this. If not, WinZip is a popular option for PC users. For Mac users the file will automatically un-zip.


What currency are your prices in?


All our prices are in US dollars. No matter where you are in the world, you can pay with PayPal or your credit card and the currency conversion will be automatically taken care of for you.


I don't have a Paypal account. Can I pay with a Credit Card instead?


You sure can. Add the items you want to your cart, and then click on the button that says "Check out with Paypal". On the next screen, you will see an option to "Pay with a debit or credit card". Simply click on this link and you can use your credit card to pay.


Is my payment secure?


Absolutely. We use PayPal's encrypted service to manage all financial transactions, so all your account details and your personal information are completely protected.


Do you guarantee your products?


Yes, we do! While we do not offer refunds on downloads just because you change your mind, if you believe your download is faulty in any way then we will replace it without hesitation. Please understand that guarantees are only applicable where purchases have been made directly from this website and do not apply to purchases made through the Amazon Kindle store for example.
